Why we built it
We didn't set out to sell software. We set out to run our clinics.
Contour comes from the team behind the botox course and Dr. Dargie's medical directorship. It started as the system behind our own practice: aesthetic clinics in Vancouver, Toronto, Coldstream and Calgary, and an academy sending newly trained injectors into practice every month.
The off-the-shelf suites were built for physio and massage first. We were paying per practitioner for calendars that couldn't share a room, adapting charts that didn't know a glabella from a masseter, and chasing no-show fees on cards we had saved but never charged.
So we built the tool we wanted, ran every clinic on it, and kept only what a clinic day actually touches. Now we're opening it up.

Most clinics start on a generalist suite built for physio and massage, then pay per practitioner for features that never quite fit. Contour keeps only what a clinic day touches, so opening the doors takes an afternoon, not a migration.

Pick who is injecting that day and publish. Each slot knows how many chairs it has, so the website fills them and never overbooks.

Stripe Checkout collects the deposit before the chair is held. No card on file to chase after a no-show. Refunds, forfeitures and credits post to Transactions on their own.

Capacity is decremented, the patient is created or matched, and the deposit is recorded against the booking.

Templates for intake, consent and treatment notes are built once and reused on every visit. Injectors mark sites on a face diagram, attach photos, and the whole thing files itself under the patient in order.

Chart review
A licensed physician reviews your charts directly in Contour and signs off in the record.
Prescriptions and orders
Submit prescriptions and product orders from the visit. Approvals land back on the patient's chart.
A direct line
Message your director from the chart for treatment planning, second opinions and complication support.
Directorship is a separate membership with Dr. Dargie's team. Contour works on its own, and works better with it.
